Having difficultly logging into Bill.com using a mobile device? Today's tip covers logging in and adding a "B.dot" icon on your device. Going Mobile is now easier for everyone! When you go to www.bill.com on your mobile device (phone, tablet and things that have not been invented yet), you will see our mobile home page.
If you would like to bookmark the mobile home page - go to the login screen and the application will present a tip on how to add our B.dot icon to your mobile device.
Below you will find the steps for adding the B.dot icon to your iPhone/iPad:
1. Go to the Bill.com website on your device and you will be redirected to the mobile welcome screen
2. Click “login." You will be directed to our mobile login
and a message will pop-up providing directions for adding Bill.com Mobile to your device.
3. Click the icon indicated in the pop-up message to “Add to Home Screen."
4. Next it prompts you to choose a name for the "B.dot" icon.
5. After you enter a name, select "Add" and shazam a "B.dot" logo will be added to your device.
We have included the screen shots of the steps listed above to show you how you can add the B.dot icon to your Apple based mobile devices (iPhone/iPad). If you would like to add a bookmark to your Android, you will find an additional set of instructions below the Apple screen shots.
Here are the steps for adding a "B.dot" bookmark to your Android device:
1. Go to the Bill.com website on your device and you will be redirected to the Mobile welcome screen.
2. Click “login." You will be directed to our mobile login and a message will pop-up providing directions for adding Bill.com Mobile to your device.
3. Click the icon on your Android called "Add Bookmark"
4. Next it prompts you to choose a name for the "B.dot" icon.
5. After a name is entered, select "Done" and a "B.dot" logo will be added.
