Can I allow other people in my company see if customers have paid?
Yes, set up a role to let others in the company View customers and invoices:
1. In the upper right, mouse over Then click Settings > Overview.
2. On the Overview page, under Permissions, click Roles.
3. On the Roles page, click New,
4. Scroll to the Receivables section.
5. Select View for Customers and/or View for Invoices.
6. Click Save.
Then assign that Role to specific people in the company:
1. In the upper right, mouse over Then click Settings > Overview.
2. On the Overview page, under Permissions, click Users.
3. Assign the new role to users.
So instead of sending out an Accounts Receivable report, just have people log in to see if customers have paid.
