How do I add a new user?
1. In the upper right, mouse over
. Then click Settings > Overview.
2. On the Overview page, under Permissions, click Users.
3. On the Users page, click New.
4. Enter their name, email address, and what role/responsibility they have for bill payment.
5. Click Save.
6. On the Users (Emails) page, tell us when/how often to email the new user.
7. Click Save.
How do I delete a user (make inactive)?
1. In the upper right, mouse over
. Then click Settings > Overview.
2. On the Overview page, under Permissions, click Users.
3. On the Users page, click the user's name.
4. On the Users (Details) page, click Del.
